Team Azimuth har just presenterat sitt företag inför investerare.

Vi pratar om mod, risk och varför investerare i slutändan investerar minst lika mycket i människor som i idéer.

Ett samtal om entreprenörskap som livsstil – och varför resan kanske formar entreprenören mer än tvärtom.

SPEAKER_00

So here I am with Team Asimut, who are um part of the team's pitching here today. You have studied for how long?

SPEAKER_01

Nine months now. Ten months. Nine months, yes. We started August last year. Yeah, mostly yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And you are about to sort of enter the entrepreneurial arena for real. Um how does that feel? Having made uh quite a good pitch already, um, where are we going next?

SPEAKER_01

Well, we are planning to develop it further. We want it to be an actual business and we are actually looking for investors to invest in it.

SPEAKER_00

So they were clear.

SPEAKER_02

Feels definitively very scary, uh since it's a new thing for all of us, I believe. But um I think we did really well and we really believe in our idea. And that's uh that's a good platform for a start.

SPEAKER_03

Uh I'll add that I think we had uh one of the most risky idea. So for the investment perspective, I would say it's a risky to invest, but I think the way how we developed it and the way how we try to sell it, you can't trust us as a team. That's all.

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. Because you know, to bring uh any project to life, the people behind it are the most important asset. And with our team, it's the it's just the right people with the right mindset. We have divided the task amongst ourselves, so the best people is on the job to provide you the best experience you want in your life and from your travel.

SPEAKER_00

Another question looking at entrepreneurship more generally, because I'm sure you will be very successful if you proceed with this idea. But I also know if you um become bitten by the startup bug, it won't be the last, right? So entrepreneurship is a craft and it has many different journeys. That's all part of it. Looking at entrepreneurship more generally, especially after having spent 10 months here under the banner of Hyper Island, studying it. Uh how do you how do you do you view that as a way to live, as a profession?

SPEAKER_02

It's a journey. It's a journey, definitively. And it's something that's it doesn't stop. So I believe that all the all the amazing and all the in innovation unicorns in Sweden started here. So I think we're in a perfect place, in a perfect time. So we're looking forward to where it's gonna take us.

SPEAKER_01

And I think it's it's not my first entrepreneurial uh project. Like I said, I'm an architect, and so I had my own company. It's not easy. You are waking up with your business, you're sleeping with your business, you're living with your business. It's like another another baby of yours. So it's tough, but it's something that keeps you going. You are not feeling bored, you are not, you know, what am I doing? Not in that phase, never. So it's something, you know, that keeps on pushing to deliver something better, better and get better every day.

SPEAKER_00

Entrepreneurship as self-improvement. And you, young man, are you heading into entrepreneurship next? Uh that will be definitely interesting for me.

SPEAKER_03

Because uh overall, uh since experience I had, I always I see that I like to create my rules and I like to structurize my time and the work by myself, so I feel that I can work more than others, for example, in the companies. But uh I don't know how easy it starts here in Sweden in case that we have such a big taxis here. And I think I will look for a partner. So the partner with the partnership, it feels for me more really to start something here, for example. But yeah, I will definitely look to create something by my hands.

SPEAKER_02

And meaningful for the for the future that it's gonna be. There's gonna be always ideas that are gonna flop entrepreneurial businesses like that. You're gonna have thousands of ideas that are gonna just go down the drain, and then you have that one golden that it's gonna make a difference. So that's the goal.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you so much. Team Azimut, just fresh off their pitch. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

Thank you.
